TCM is an American channel. There is no Canadian version of it, especially on the Apple TV. It's may be available through Bell's Alt TV but you probably would need a whole basic package and add ons for that. The US TCM app needs a US cable subscription to verify it. I have access to it on my Apple TV using a family members US cable credentials. It has a small on demand library and a west coast

But the TCM app does not list ATT TV as a cable provider only ATT U-Verse. I was able to log in with my old ATT U-Verse login (same as for my general account) and it said ready to watch, But all get is the rotating gear icon when I click watch movie.
